No, they aren't Milkface at all! The first kitten is Niko, and the second is Jasmine.
All the pictures on this page are from the Siamese Internet Cat Club, which Milkface is now a member of.
A member of the club came across the Milkface CAM and noted it on their "Message Board". It generated quite a bit of excited viewers and discussion of this sweet kitten. Yesterday, they extended an invitation for Milkface to join.
