This weekend was pretty exciting for Milkface. She got to meet her new cousin!
My brother got a new kitten named Simba. Simba's 8 weeks old now, hence 4 weeks younger than Milkface.
Simba and Milkface come from decidedly different backgrounds. Milkface, as you know, has grown up exclusively with humans - very little interaction with other cats. Simba, on the other hand, grew up with his mom, as well as a bunch of brothers and sisters.
Simba knows all about playing with other animals. Milkface knows about playing with stuffed animals and balled-up paper!
So, they didn't exactly become fast friends. Milkface did hiss at little Simba a fair amount.
But they did also play a lot.
Hopefully, their friendship will grow.
