Yesterday was a very big day for Milkface: her first trip to the Veterinarian.
The Vet said that Milkface is a very healthy kitten. Her body temperature is good. Her heart sounds good. Milkface is developing extremely well, especially for an orphaned kitten.
The big question of the day remained unanswered - is Milkface a little boy or a little girl? The Vet said that it looks like Milky's a boy, but it's too soon to be sure.
We'll be taking Milkface back to the Vet at 6 weeks of age. At that point in time, she'll get some shots and they'll be able to test her for other things like worms and FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus).
